“Kinkyhooters” is admittedly quite a unique name, so you might be wondering where it all began. First up: In 2004, they were Grand Finalists for the Red Horse Muziklaban. In 2005, they landed as Semi Finalists for the Global Battle of the Bands and also opened for The Speaks in their Manila Concert. In the same year, Kinkyhooters was also named Philippine Champions for the Yamaha Asian Beat Competition and proceeded to represent the country in Indonesia.
