| correction: "Dancing with you" only resolves too fast to the tonic at the end at 4:23. It does feel too abrubt esepcailly after the same few repeptition, where somehow the energy dissipates to a weak cl***ical resolution (is that intentional? ). All I can say is: Your hook needs to be worked on to give it more luster and uniqueness. | ||

Typical Jonathan Leong song. Lyrics-wise, some of it could be too flippant like "it's easier said than done", but as always. if the vocal delivery really did push strongly to the chorus, it would be much better. Just that the lyrical hook "I'm dancing with you..." is a big letdown in sounding way too common, way too resolutive and way too cliche...you resolved it way too fast to the tonic there. |
