beethoven from stereo are an Indonesian indie electronic-pop band from Bandung, initially formed in 2005 under the name The LIARS. The way the group combines mechanical beats with backing tracks with poppy hooks is somewhat reminiscent of 1980s new wave music as revived by New Order. and the great electronic-pop band, the postal service became their biggest influence on their music. beethoven from stereo have noted numerous influences to have affected their musical style.
