Formed in 2000, TypeWriter is a pop underground/power pop band from Singapore influenced by Wilco, The Flaming Lips, Teenage Fanclub, Big Star, The Beatles, The Replacements, The Posies, Aimee Mann, Ramones and more. The band members: Yee Chang Kang (songwriter/vocals/guitar), Patrick Chng (guitar), Desmond Goh (bass) and Wan (drums).
